Victoria School Choir

Hey peeps :) Well done for speech day, give yourself a pat! I hope this will be a stepping stone for all of you, that we can achieve greater heights next time. Anyways, next practice will be on Friday, 5th of August. Be outside the music room by 2.15pm (Muslim members can come by 2.30)and don't be late. Those people who wish to contribute to help design the choir tee, send your designs in as soon as possible. Extra: CA2 is around the corner. Study and mug hard!! XD

Please be outside the music room at 10 a.m. tomorrow and don't be late. Wear a school based attire and bring along your full penguin suit . Lunch will be provided for all. Tomorrow is the day where all our hard work for the past weeks pay off. Please read up and memorise your parts if you are still unclear of it or listen to the MIDI files. Remember how we enter the hall and move up to the gallery. We will brief you again tomorrow. Please put all your effort into tomorrow's performance and remain focus at all times. Let's go VSChoir :3

Sorry for the late reply again. Next practice is tomorrow, Wednesday. Please be outside the music room by 2.15 p.m. There will be a full dress rehearsal this Wednesday and hence you are required to bring your FULL penguin suit tomorrow. We understand that multiple pracs in a week is tiring but please put in your best efforts as speech day is imminent. On another note, for those who haven't ordered your photos and those who haven't paid please bring your money tomorrow. Thank you.

Hey Guys, Real sorry for the late information. Practice tmr, Monday, 24/7/11, at 3pm. There would be a combined rehearsal at around 4+ Do bring your penguin suits if you haven't brought them on Saturday. Thanks. ((:

Hello guys :3 Next prac will be this Saturday 23/7/11. Please be outside the P.E. dept by 7.30 a.m. and don't be late. There will be compulsory pt. You are reminded that we will be conducting a full penguin suit check this Saturday as there will be a full dress rehearsal next Wednesday. If you still don't have the penguin suit please get it ready over the weekends. Approach your SLs if you need help. Those who ordered the choir phototaking photos please remember to bring the money tomorrow. On another note, please ensure that you remember basic things like having a black file with scores, writing materials and waterbottle with you. Also, focus on Wen yu or whoever is conducting at all times. As i said these are basic and we don't want to be reminding you every prac. As Wen Yu mentioned please file in the three scores into your black file page by page if we need it for speech day. You should be able to memorise your scores by now.

Hello people. :) Next practice will be on this THURSDAY, 21st of July at 2.50 pm. This is because there is Combined Rehearsals for all performers for Speech Day. Ours is at 4.15 pm. Speech Day is in less than 2 weeks time (actually quite close to a week). We need to keep working hard. :)

If you have any classmates that have not been coming for choir pracs please inform them to turn up. When Wen Yu & Joel Tay are talking in combines, when the SLs are saying something about the song concerning your part, please write it down. This will help you remember the point so we won't sound like a bunch of broken recorders. 2. Don't look at the door. When you guys are practicing in combines, focus on Wen Yu and Joel Tay. Hey guys!! Sorry for the really late update (i actually didn't know no one updated xD). ANYWAYS.. tomorrow's practice is at 2. Please be outside the music room waiting silently for us to call you in by then KAY?? haha :) In case you guys didn't know yet, phototaking is tommorow at around 4+ so please please bring your FULL penguin suit plus the shoes and socks. If you still do not know what is in the penguin suit the details are located at the left side of the Blog (i think :D)..... The MIDI's for most of the songs have already been uploaded so please listen to it as we will be performing those songs for SPEECH DAY :)... Yup that's about it!! Sorry once again and see you TMR!!
