Hello guys. Next practice will be this Friday, 2pm. Yes, it will be on the day of the VCA coastal run, and you all are to bring an extra set of CLEAN pe attire to change into after that so as to keep clean. Everyone is expected to turn up on Friday as Mr. Kwei is coming. Disciplinary actions will be taken towards anyone who skips the practice this Firday. Thank you.

Do take note that there is a briefing for the Hong Kong Overseas Trip on 24 November at 2pm.
